Mr. David Chu, LLM, graduated from Fudan University and East China University of Political Science and Law, is the partner of Shanghai Kings Way Law Firm. He was once a judge firstly in Shanghai Maritime Court , and commenced his attorney practice from 2008. Mr. Chu also holds a concurrent post for the time being as the vice-director of the Banking Law and Practice Research Center of Shanghai Law Association, and now is hosting and presiding some relative high level professional seminars, e.g. Measures of Shanghai for Countering Against Financial Crisis, Discussion of Hot Issues Concerning Shanghai Finance and Shipping Center. Mr. Chu is an expert in finance legal practices, maritime law and other foreign-related businesses.
